The Y in Woodbury offers state-of-the-art fitness facilities, group exercise classes, swimming, water exercise and child care while you workout. Exercise and social programs for active older adults. We also offer a variety of programs for youth including swim lessons, sports, summer camps, licensed preschool and teen enrichment programs. The YMCA features 2 indoor pools, water slide, fitness equipment, indoor track, gym and teen center.
