West Town Mall
West Town Mall is a recently updated indoor mall conveniently located off exit 380 on I-40. Considered the premier shopping destination in East Tennessee, our mall boasts more than 150 stores, over 40 of which are exclusive to the Knoxville area. It is anchored by Dillard's, Belk, and JC Penney, and offers best of brand retailers and eateries like Apple, The Cheesecake Factory, Cinebarre, Banana Republic, Coach, Vera Bradley, Sephora, Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma. Monday to Thursday: 10am - 8pm
Friday to Saturday: 10am - 9pm
Sunday: 12pm - 6pm
Mall Walking Hours:
All mall entrances will open 1 hour prior to regular business hours for walkers. The current opening hours for mall walking are:
Monday - Thursday: 10:00am
Friday - Saturday: 9:00am
Sunday: 11:00am
