The City of Hopkins provides a garden site area in Valley Park for residents and non-residents to lease a 20 foot by 20 foot plot. 

Picnics & Gatherings Picnic shelters can be reserved through Joint Recreation Services from May through September, and must be reserved at least 7 days in advance.
