About Us:

The Pinedale Farmer’s Market is a “High Altitude” Market. Pinedale sits at 7,175 feet, and is considered growing zones 2-3, and is considered a sub-alpine climate. One local gardener refers to it as “combat gardening”. Despite these challenging growing conditions, Pinedale and the surrounding region boast some innovative green thumbs, with some outstanding offerings.

The market is THE weekly event in Pinedale with an average of 15 vendors offering local meats, produce, ready to eat food and beverages, homemade lotions, desserts, crafts and more. Markets run June through September.

Goals:

To provide a location for local farmers, ranchers and craftspeople to bring their products to market whereby providing an event for our Community that fosters social gathering and interaction and enhances the quality of life in Sublette County.
To expand local food availability and improve the variety, freshness, taste and nutritional value of food available in the Pinedale area.
To provide an educational forum for consumers to learn the uses and benefits of quality, locally grown or prepared food product.
To provide opportunity for producers to test and refine their products and marketing skills.
To keep local food dollars local.
