ABOUT US:-

Bluewood is easily one of Washington's best-kept secrets!

Perched high atop the Blue Mountains, just 54 miles northeast of Walla Walla in Southeast Washington, our mountain occupies the second-highest base elevation in the state. With a base elevation of (4,450 feet), Bluewood has a reputation of possibly having the best snow in the state as well as memorable tree skiing. For those that are unfamiliar with this zone the Blue Mountains rise out of  a desert region, which provides clear skies and cold, smoke powder that totals over 300 inches annually.

The mountain offers nearly 400 skiable acres of lift-served terrain for every ability levlel and interest.  With 24 trails, 3 Terrain Parks, amazing tree skiing areas, and snow-cat accessible terrain...we have something for everyone at Bluewood  If you are searching for no lift lines, world class grooming, no hustle & bustle, some of the most awesome & dry pow pow in the entire region and simply GOOD TIMES... Bluewood is YOUR mountain. Come check us out.

We are an affordable, family friendly resort that really is... closer than you think!
