Sandy Creek Environmental Park
Sandy Creek Park is located on the site of one of Durham's old sewage treatment plants. In the 1990's a Master Plan was written to create an environmental park on the site. In the early 2000's Durham Parks & Recreation put in restrooms and picnic facilities.
