About Us

The Richard A. Henson Family YMCA offers programs for the entire family. Some of our programs include: Aquatics, Water Exercise, Swim Team, Health & Wellness, Summer Child Care Programs, Youth Sports, Adult Sports, Special Events and Preschool Programs. Along with our traditional programs we are offering new and innovative programs such as: Home School Physical Education Class, Ballroom Dancing, Family Nights, Masters Swim Team and School Days Out.

At the YMCA, developing character is the driving force behind all our initiatives. By teaching the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, we encourage individuals to do good work and provide them with skills to become responsible citizens. We are For Youth Development, For Healthy Living, For Social Responsibility.
