About Us:

Hudsonville Pike 51 is owned by Steve Guikema and Ron Snider who are also co-owners of Hudsonville Winery. Pike 51 Brewery is the new on-site brewpub that is finally here. This has been a dream for many, many years. Steve and Ron talked about this back in the 1990's while doing their own home-brewing.

With the addition of head brewer Jeff Williams, the thoughts became reality in 2012. By 2013, the success of the beer necessitated another brewer, her name is Manda "Pants" Geiger. The duo has created 11 World Beer Championship brews.

When we opened Hudsonville Winery in 2009, we thought the brewery would be added in five years. The success of the winery and passion for local microbrews in West Michigan (and beyond) allowed this plan to move up.  We expanded and added the brewery in 2012.

Pike 51 Brewing Co. is named after the history of Chicago Drive, which used to be called Turnpike 51. We are now open for business and pouring pints and glasses of wine at 3768 Chicago Drive in Hudsonville.
