About Us:
What is now Paducah Beer Werks began as a dream for owner, Todd Blume. A longtime homebrewer, the Graves County native and Murray State graduate spent time with brewers in Colorado and North Carolina before returning with his vision to bring craft beer to western Kentucky. His idea encompassed not only creating some of the best beers Paducah had to offer, but also a menu of handmade foods and an atmosphere to enjoy casual dining as well as live music and events.
Searching for an appropriate location, Todd found the Old Greyhound Bus terminal at the corner of North 4th and Monroe streets to be the perfect shell for his venture. Occupied by Greyhound from 1966 to 2010, Blume's major renovation in 2014 brought his vision to life. Housing the brewery in one side and a brewpub in the other, the Beer Werks opened to thirsty and hungry crowds in March 2015.
Boasting four regular brews including the 2015 Alltech Commonwealth Cup Silver Medal winning Irish Red, a rotating selection of small batch beers and several guest taps, the pub side also features a dynamic menu with something to please everyone's tastes. Regular performances by local and touring bands (plus a comedy night and open mic night) give additional flavor to the location.
With a clear vision for the future, and opportunities for expansion and new varieties of craft beer, Paducah Beer Werks stands proudly among other regional breweries. Stop by, try a pint, take a tour of the brewery, and see how "from grain to glass, we're building a better beer."
