Purpose Statement:

The Eureka Springs Historical Museum operates as a nonprofit corporation exclusively for charitable, literary, artistic, and educational purposes. Specifically the ESHM shall

Discover and memorialize the history of Eureka Springs, AR., as well as other towns, villages, townships, historic sites, buildings and landmarks that are situated in the Western District of Carroll County.

Discover, purchase, commission or otherwise procure, publish or otherwise preserve writings, documents, newspapers, periodicals, books, journals, artistic representations and the like which shed light on the history of the region.

Discover, procure and preserve physical objects that may relate to the history of the region.

Establish and maintain a museum or museums on land owned by the corporation and hold regular meetings and other activities of the association members.
