Southern Maryland's ultimate recreational and sports complex, the Capital Clubhouse, is a 90,000 square foot year 'round sports center for all ages. Under one roof you will find: an NHL-size ice rink, a 200' x 85' multi-sport court, a rock climbing wall, eight locker rooms, four party rooms, state-of-the-art sound a lighting systems, year 'round FUN! The facility is also home to Mike's Sporting Equipment, Skater's Paradise, Power Play Arcade, and World Gym!
