Prairie lovers, this park is for you. Trails wind through one of Minnesota's finest and largest remnant prairies. Listen for bobolinks, prairie chickens, marbled godwits and upland sandpipers. A picnic area, swimming area and campground are located in the hardwood forest along the Buffalo River. The park is only 14 miles from the large metropolitan area of Fargo, North Dakota - Moorhead, Minnesota.

Sites offer 50, 30 and 20-amp service. One site is wheelchair accessible.

Length is measured from front of tow vehicle to rear of vehicle being towed.

Although there are only 2 wheelchair accessible sites, all campsites in this park are on flat terrain.
Group Camp 1 Site - Accommodates up to 50 people
Tents and pop-up campers are permitted. Vault toilets and water available. Site generally closes for the season in late October.

The swimming area includes a water filtering system and sand beach that surrounds the entire swimming pond. Facility is wheelchair accessible, including paved pathways to the swimming area. Lifeguard on duty - please check with park for times.
