We are gearing up for the 2025 ND Legislative Session where, side by side with our members, we'll be fighting to lower prescription drug prices, provide fraud protections and housing solutions. We're looking forward to coming together with nearly 100 of our members who have registered to ensure that legislators hear about the issues that matter to you! Limited space remains available. - 8 a.m. Arrive at ND Capitol
Use south doors and head to security - 8:15 a.m. Check-in at AARP table in Memorial Hall (1st floor)
- 8:25 a.m. Welcome – Josh Askvig, State Director and Nancy Guy, Volunteer State President, Memorial Hall
- 8:35 a.m. Plan for the Day – Janelle Moos, Associate State Director Advocacy
- Discuss key issues for the day
- Review information in packets (see below)
- Answer questions
- Facebook Live and photo
- 9 a.m. Attend Hearings and visit with Legislators
- 11:45 a.m. Lunch with legislators in Memorial Hall
- 1 p.m. Attend floor session of House and/or Senate
- 2 p.m. Visit with Legislators
- 3 p.m. Adjourn for day/bus departs
