In our chair yoga class, a yoga instructor will lead you through postures while using a chair for support. The benefits of this practice include increased balance, flexibility, strength, and reduced stress.
Registration is required and space is limited.
You will need internet access for both virtual classes. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
