Get Moving with Zumba Gold Classes in Dec. 2024

Get ready to dance your way to fitness with Zumba Gold classes at Alicea Field of Dreams (Hess Road). These classes are a lower-intensity version of the Zumba exercise class that's designed for older adults, beginners, and people with physical limitations.


If you haven't tried it before, this is a great way to get moving at your own pace and surrounded by others wanting to have fun and get healthy.



The park will become a vibrant workout space filled with energetic music and enthusiastic participants, all moving to the beat. Have a blast as you shimmy, shake, and groove your way to a healthier you.



It’s a workout party you won’t want to miss! Class are 5-6 pm on December 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 27.
