Victory Over Cancer 5K

About the Event

We all know someone who has been affected by cancer and the 2nd Annual Victory Over Cancer 5K on December 7, 2024 at Vista View Park will provide us the opportunity to show our support.  You will be provided a custom race bib that will show who you are running for.  We will also have mile markers that will depict which form of cancer is dedicated to the cause.

Each participant will receive a personalized race bib with RFID timing chip, event shirt, and beautiful finisher medal.  We will provide awards to the top 3 overall and age groups, male and female.

Event Schedule:

6:00am - Vista View Park gates open

6:15am - Registration Open

6:30am - Music and entertainment begin

7:10am - 5K Warm Up

7:25am - Announcements and National Anthem

7:30am - Start of the 2nd Annual Victory over Cancer 5k

8:00am - Cotton Candy Station Open

8:25am - Dancing and party with DJ Petey

8:40am - Awards Ceremony
