Judson High School Band Booster Car Show Fundraiser
Schedule:
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Registration and Check-In
Details: Vehicle owners arrive, register, and set up their cars. Attendees begin to arrive and explore the car show area.
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Car Show Opens to Public
Details: The car show officially opens. Attendees can view the cars, visit vendor booths, and enjoy the event.
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Live Music and Entertainment
Details: Performances by local bands or the Judson High School Band to provide entertainment for attendees.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Judging Period
Details: Judges evaluate vehicles in various categories. During this time, attendees can continue to explore and enjoy the event.
1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Raffle Drawings and Silent Auction
Details: Announce raffle winners and showcase silent auction results. Winners are notified, and items are distributed.
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: People's Choice Voting
Details: Attendees vote for their favorite cars in the People’s Choice category. Voting ballots are collected, and votes are counted.
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Award Ceremony
Details: Presentation of awards for various categories, including Best in Show, Best Classic Car, Best Custom Car, etc.
3:00 PM: Car Show Ends
Details: The event officially closes to the public.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Clean-Up
Details: Clean-up begins. Participants and vendors pack up, and any remaining items are collected. Volunteers help with the clean-up process.
Throughout the Day:
Food and Refreshments: Available from food trucks or concessions.
Vendor Booths: Featuring merchandise, local businesses, and band booster information.
Kids’ Activities: Games and entertainment for children.
