About the speaker: Keith Snyder has worked for the National Park Service for over forty years at four National Parks; Harpers Ferry National Historic Park, The National Mall and Memorial Parks, Manassas National Battlefield and Antietam National Battlefield. His current position is Program Manager of Resource Education and Visitor Services at Antietam.
Keith received his undergraduate degree in 1984 in Park Administration with a concentration in American History from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. His Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies was earned at the United States Army War College (resident class of 2003).
Keith also served in the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard for forty years and retired from the 167th Airlift Wing as a Colonel, Aircraft Maintenance Group Commander. He lives with his wife Cindy in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
