About the Event
Join AARP and Peter Burns, graduate of University of Connecticut and season ticket holder as a student, as we take a deep dive into UConn basketball in the age of Coach Jim Calhoun. Burns will detail the unfortunate state of the basketball program before the arrival of Coach Calhoun, how the coach turned the team into a winner, and highlight the major victories and games along the way. The effect of the team on the university will also be reflected upon. Questions are welcome!
