Join us for our first Walk with a Doc walk in 2025...
AARP in St. Louis invites you to take a STEP towards better health and join us for our January walk in beautiful Forest Park!
Walk with a Doc is a series of free monthly group walks that start with a brief health discussion, followed by a volunteer-led walk with our doc or nurse accompanying us. It's a fun and safe place to join us on a walk, learn about health topics, and meet new friends.
Participants walk at their own pace, engage in discussion on the featured health topic while walking, and are encouraged to ask questions along the way.
While we normally meet at the Forest Park Visitor Center, our meeting location will change due to a special event which will impact parking. For the months of January and February, Steinberg Rink in Forest Park will serve as our meeting location.
In the event of inclement weather, you will receive a separate email with additional information.
All levels of fitness, mobility and ages are welcome.
- Registration is required for participation.
- Information must be completed in its entirety.
- Each participant must complete their own registration process.
- Each registrant will be required to agree to the terms and conditions during the registration process.
All Walk with a Doc events are FREE, but registration is required. Don't delay. Space is limited.
