In our Tai Chi class, participants will be lead through movements that emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, posture, inner peace and aim to reduce stress. Participants will be guided through basic Tai Chi movements that they can practice on their own.
For this virtual class, you will need internet access. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
