Get fit and have fun doing our home Zumba workout! AARP Texas and FitMix Communities invite caregivers and everyone interested in getting a great workout - and having a great time - to join these virtual Zumba classes.
Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves set to Latin and World rhythms for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A Zumba total workout combines cardio, muscle conditioning and balance and flexibility moves and can help support weight-loss efforts.
